Everest has quickly become a favorite of mine, coming back now several times. Their lunch special (see picture) comes with a variety of delicious sides and a rice dessert to top it off. Their wait staff is amazing. Highly recommend to give them a try!

The food was savory and delicious, the service was very attentive and friendly. Watching the servers bustle around the floor cleaning and setting tables as a team was cool. We will be back.

Great Indian/Nepalese restaurant. My wife and I ordered the butter chicken, chicken biryani, and some Naan. The butter chicken is the best I've had in many Indian dinners. The biryani was also very good and had many spices in it that delighted my pallet. The Naan was perfectly cooked and was delicious as well. I am already looking forward to my next visit here!

Everest has a good selection of vegan options, wonderful service, delicious food and great ambiance. Particularly enjoyed the samosas and the roti. Definitely come try this place, Anchorage is lucky they opened up🙂

Very nice restaurant with a wonderful experience. Service is excellent. Food is good, but ask for spicy if you want it as everything is served mild by default. I would recommend the Gobi Manchurian and the Tandoori Grills. The owner is very fun with and has a great smile to greet customers.
